and it would be healthy for the community and the game

Almost certainly they will, look at Invisible Woman's Malice skin....it's a step in the right direction and when they see how much money can be made off ONE skin compared to how much money things like Concord wasted and lost, its a no brainer.
And yes, they should have similar skins for the male characters too.
