Why is doing Overwatch so much better

Imagine playing a game with zero balancing, a crazy cheating problem, a toxic playerbase and a high number of bots

Overwatch got millions of players daily on console + battle net and Marvel Rivals already dropped like 50%. Marvel Rivals vs Overwatch is the equivalent to Apex Legends vs Fortnite.

The only reason I don’t play marvel rivals more is because I have to play at sub 100 fps . Sometimes sub 60 . I’m
pretty sure every other hero shooter / team based pvp game runs better

The only drop it had was over Christmas day when people spent time with family (like with every other online game).

OW2 fanbois are coping hard at their game losing 20% of its Steam player base since MR came out.

Of look, someone posting Steam number only and pretending that's all that matters. Isn't that cute. Also, you do realize, this game is literally on Season 1 TODAY lol. It's barely been operational for a month, so yeah, come back and brag about this game when it's 4+ years on, but I highly doubt that will be the case with all the problems Rivals is experiencing. At least Overwatch never screwed me out of currencies I earned in-game and I don't encounter cheaters every 4-6 games. Rivals will never be taken seriously as a competitive game, hence why comp players stayed at OW2.

Kinda but not really. What he's referring to is the annoying mechanics in OW that limit flying (and power in general) to keep the game feeling "balanced and competitive". Rivals has a different design philosophy that feels refreshing and liberating. They seem to on some level subscribe to the "if everyone is busted, nobody is" philosophy and it feels really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun to play as a result.

Winston was nerfed more than enough and in recent overwatch seasons is below D tier, tesla cannon was recognized as a weapon with constant damage and potency but with blizzard balancing it not ended so well
they left him so unrecognizable
Pharah aged so badly in this recent patches and right now she lost all her things who make stronge from 250 health pool to 225, removed the damage from her concussive blast and literally her ultimate make her a easy target to kill with heroes who aged like wine like soldier 76 (A GOOD DESIGNED CHARACTER)
then we have heroes like juno and well, her ring of speed was a interesting feature ( if we not count that ability was a ripoff of Lucio crossfade ability) she was decent movement and proyectiles who heal and destroy enemies but she is fragile in health points and in resistence
and echo well
she aged well, most of her abilities like transform and use other heroes ultimates was fine, decent sticky bombs and decent arm weapon.
is so sad see how many flying heroes fall from heavens and crash thier bodies to the cold ground

Overwatch 2 is an absolutely atrocious, blatant money grab. There is no quality content being produced and the community cries their little eyes out every time someone utters a word that doesn't make them feel nice inside. It's a joke and the flakes should 100% stay there.
