High CPU / GPU temperatures?
Hey, has anybody else had issues with high temps on CPUs and GPUs? I get crashes sometimes when my PC runs too hot. Buddy of mine had the same issue but his PC auto shut down. Now we're trying to figure out if it's fried or not. Anybody else having these issues?

Did you read the CPU warning when you first started the game?
Mines usually around 70-75c when playing and GPU around the same. You could try to undervolt your CPU and max frequency of GPU see if that helps. I've never experienced a crash due to temps tho.

Have you put a FPS cap on in settings? If not your GPU is probably running way more frames than it needs to and its heating up your rig.

Is this a joke? FPS is a big problem at the moment and many are struggling to get enough frames for good matches

This is just a tip I try to run by people in general. A lot of people will complain about their GPU performance without realizing the card is trying to render the max amount of FPS it possibly can which cooks the entire PC and is unnecessary most of the time.

I personally required a FPS cap for this game and it balanced out my temps.

NetEase literally said on their patch notes they are addressing mass low FPS. Keep going Giggler.

CPU is under 70 all the time
GPU hot spot barely hits 70-71 after 4h playing
Ryzen 5600
RX 5700XT
All low settings with 165HZ lock
Do some proper setting/undervolt if needed.
You got whole internet to find some guides, good luck

Just installed a new CPU and Marvel Rivals keeps the temp around 95/98 degrees. CPU driver has been updates as well as Bios. Not having issues with any other games I tested.

I wonder how many CPU’s this game has bricked.

🖐🙂‍↕️ One so far. Had to get a complete new rig, corrupted my hard drive too but it couldve just been a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ssd. Game still runs SUPER hot on my new pc with an upgraded graphics card compared to my laat (now a 2060 instead of 1060), 32 gb ddr4, i7, 3 powerful ass fans and almost a full tb of storage thats still empty. I get I might not have the best of the best monster of a computer but ♥♥♥♥ man why is this game so poorly optimized that even with capped frames and all settings set to low, my new graphics card is still ♥♥♥♥♥♥ melting ??

It sounds like you don't have adequate cooling on your computer and your computer is automatically auto throttling which is why you're crashing.

This might be a a odd take, if you're overclocking your computer, I would suggest you stop, It's almost pointless to overclock modern hardware that self-overclocks.
