You can rank up heros for sprays, custom ko prompts, And icons for that hero. Its in the heros tab under proficiency. Lord is the final milestone.

18-24 hours is, in fact, less than a week

some heros take longer than others because its harder to complete some of their challenges I got lord on venom after like 23-25 hours on that character
the easier the challenges, the faster they get lord

Some characters will take longer than others, depending on their 4th proficiency option. (Looking at you Logan....)

Nothing at all, and what is so stupid about this game, is when you do - you get harassed even more. I got punisher lord so easy and didnt even know I was, and then people started giving me crap for being a 'bronze lord' when I don't even know what that means, and more importantly.. I don't care lol..

I play quick matches because they LOAD QUICK. Competitive im lucky to get a game in 3-5 minutes, so ive only played QM.

EOMM determines how long you get lord, the AI detects if you spend money or battle pass which increases your rate in getting lord, its not how many hours you play the Hero or how efficient you perform while playing the hero, its EOMM
