Ranked Crossplay - It really needs to happen.

Hey everyone, i hate that you cant play Crossplay in Ranked mode.
My friends are playing on Xbox and PlayStation and im a PC Player. And it really sucks that we only can play normal games.

Bring that Crossplay for Ranked! - Unfairness with controller against PC players is not really given, its still skill based. - Implement that Crossplay!

Wtf r u even talking about. How would u even know they were console players to begin with. As far as i have seen there r no symbols for it. Also, a ps5 friend of mine would ♥♥♥♥ on most mnks any day of the week. Many characters literally need no aim to be played. Major cope right here. Btw, i have terrible aim. U might not believe it but many mnk players arent god gamers like u. Its a free game and it prob is the first fps shooter for some :P

I don't get why this is such a big deal on either side. It doesn't have to be one or the other. Optional Crossplay is a thing in so many other games. those who are so hardset on not playing with other systems don't have to while people who want to play with friends can. There's literally 0 reason to argue that shouldnt be a thing outside of someone just not wanting other people to be able to play with who they want.

Bro I know exactly what you mean. I go to Quick Match to practice new characters or warm up before going in ranked. You know it is a loss when your whole team besides yourself is PS or Xbox lol. ESPECIALLY when the other team might have one or two console players. It would be heaven sent IF they actually allowed us to not have to play with them, like they have the choice to not play with us.

Also to me it's not just the abysmal play that you get from them most often, but they are exceptionally toxic and annoying on comms. Also the first to complain with the worst stats.

Hell no it's worse kind of players and to have them compete you need Apex/COD levels of aim assist.

If they could compete with raw input sure but they can't they need a crutch.

There's symbols when you load in and you can hit P or look at the report screen or you can just look at the worst players on the team.

I agree. Cross platform ranked play should be allowed as I have PS5 friends I would like to play with. Bu we can have the best of both worlds. For those who don't want it just implement a toggle on off switch for cross platform play. Problem solved?

This is needed incredibly bad. Not being able to play with friends and getting stuck on awful teams in ranked ruins the experience

I'm not against it cause no matter what all these people say, I'm better than any aim-assist. Even with a cronus or zim, console players are always free.

Console diamond is pc silver.

It should also just be limited to those that turn it on, so that you can play with friends if you want, and queue with a wider range to get more matches.

Console scrubs also have worse performance. Got the edge in the control department as well as the visuals.

What are we afraid of?

Go behind a console player and watch them take 2 seconds to turn around, in the mean time you've already left and killed someone else.

I have friends playing on console and would definitely like to play with them in competitive. I appreciate the advantages/disadvantages between the two, but limiting the areas of the game where you can have fun with your friends isn't good for the game, imo.

What I'd like to see is an option to incorporate cross play into competitive and make it a setting option so those who don't want crossplay can keep it strictly PC. At least that way those who want to play with their console friends can (this would also help appease casual players too who don't care as much about their rankings).

I mean, I remember halo infinite having ranked matching you could queue into for mouse/keyboard only, controller only, or crossplay. Each having their own rank. I think something like that would be a great addition and wouldn't ruffle anyones feathers.
