Hulk isn't banned because he's oppressive. He's banned because his teamup is cancer. Strange goes from S tier to SS tier with the teamup with no downside to his magic buildup and Ironman goes from A tier to overpowered. He flies into a corner and flanks your whole team to beam all your supports in half a second before you can react. So we just ban Bruce to get rid of both the issues
Team-Ups are going to be the death of this game because you have something like the Hulk/Dr Strange/Iron Man team up, then you have the fastball special which has to be the most useless team-up outside of memeing.
Either they need to make team-ups less impactful or keep them the way they are and add more bans to ranked.
Once the roster inflates to 100 characters, it'll be impossible to keep up with all the various team-ups that could be meta breaking with bans.
If everything is meta breaking then all of it is meta and its fine.
He's still fun to play, but I honestly wouldn't be against him getting a little weaker. I don't even really use his abilities ( including ultimate ) outside of the jump ability for mobility reasons and his melee ability to push enemies that get too close away from me.
