Does the Anti-cheat have kernel-level access?

I noticed that the store page does not specify "Uses Kernel Level Anti-Cheat" as we see on Helldivers 2 for example, is this accurate?

It's worse than you think. It's Chinese kernel level anti-cheat.

Yes, its kernel-level, like most anticheats out there. Not sure how it got past the mandate since it was implemented before it was released on Steam.
