- Or is it DPS flanking or standing off it to get a quick pick
- People pushing up once obj is captured or moving to hold the other team off it
These are a couple reasons people might ignore it after its captured.
Edit: And this isn’t just after it is captured. A lot of the time they literally never go to it at all.
There's good reason why this is an option in the report log. Even in casual mode ( vs AI ) you should at least show signs that you want to complete the objective, you just don't have to normally take it as seriously about it at all costs.
Purposely ignoring the matches ( and often goofing off the entire match ) meets the very definition of "throwing" a match.
I don't really mind if DPS go off on their own or 4 people go off while two capture it, thats fine. But completely ignoring it like the mode is DeathMatch is wrong
They want to make money and more players playing = more money in their pockets so they will definitely cater to the avg gamer/children who will mindlessly play their game even at the expense of everyone elses time. Almost all pvp team games have this problem with skill gap and mechanical skill/knowledge of team based objectives and playing a role correctly. Its way more complicated and difficult playing as a cohesive team and the new generation of gamers have no social skills or self awareness.
