If your solo queuing, your not picking your teammates your letting your teammates for you. You have full control in making a premade team before hand with people you can rely on before matching up. This just became a you problem for being lazy.
If your solo queuing, your going to have to learn how to carry the game if you want to win, other wise you are going to get bad teammates regularly. Matchmakers can't read your mind and give you just who you want, you're being unrealistic if you believe they will ever be able to do that.
