I am mixed on Scarlet's ult though. On the one hand, it's stupid powerful, and making her harder to shut down will be very frustrating. On the other hand, I don't think her ult is very effective as player skill increases.
As long as you have opponents who don't think to look up, or who just run away when they hear the voiceline, Scarlet's ult wrecks face. Just go invis to float above them, then ult and stay above the ranged characters so it's harder for them to find you when they look around the room in a panic.
Though even in high level play pulling that off requires both players to be on the same page and utilizing well timed teamwork, which can be hard to pull off in the heat of the moment.
I get that the damage is insane but it has no visual cues for its range so there are times where it goes off before I’m killed but doesn’t hit enemies because I can’t tell how safe I need to play it when using it. And the reason you need to play it safe when using it is because she may as well scream “everybody aim at me for the 3 seconds I’m charging my Ult! Hey Peni Parker or Dr. Freak dare you to try and cancel this it would be so easy for you because I’m slow and weak!” at a volume that matches a airplane taking off.
I see it as her design is to punish weakened enemies who misplayed and have to flee, pressure healers so other opponents are left unprotected, and take aggro to keep enemies from bullying key teammates. She does DPS but has non healing support at an underlying level.
Her having one powerful crowd control attack in the form of an Ult is not overpowered in my opinion as you will likely only get it 2-3 times a game. It is meant to punish teams who group up to heavily, or clear the objective area to give your team a chance at a comeback. I’ve been saying it needs to be either:
1. Keep the charge up time but be a lot more stealthy. No screaming “team fire on me immediately you have time!” with increased movement speed, or weak cloaking similar to her L Shift.
2. No stealth or movement speed added but some form of survivability like temp health, or Hela where she doesn’t die if shot out of it. Possibly even temp damage reduction.
3. Just make the charge shorter. While probably not the best choice it makes strategic sense forcing the entire team to focus fire you allowing good allies to get an advantage.
You can protect her while shes on ultimate, but ofc you cant ask that to a low elo player, its better to just complain about "how bad it is"
Probably more work than a ledge and i think Jeff is technially very low t500 wirnate despite cute and good self heals. Gm level aimers can probably coordinate and shred him in a second. He has 6x 100 self heals vs 100 hp x1-2 of the others, but his head is a entire critbox. I wonder if they should increase the crit reducer somewhat or try buffing him with some more hp or maybe a 10% heal share when healing others for non bubble combat sustain.
Also, just heal her. Shield her.... Any kind of team play helps.
Strange's portal should be a damn Ultimate considering the fast travel and number of cheesy tactics you can do. If it is game changing then it should be an ult.
Everyone has their role inside of the 3 classes and her ult is no different it's either bust it out in a team fight when there is a bit of chaos happening and you have the support. Having certain set ups also makes her ult virtually unstoppable or you flank them since you can float and go invisible to fly a little. Main point being you can play anyone you want but the effectiveness is on how good you are and then how good your team is or the composition of your team or theirs. Hope this gives you a little better of an ideal.

Honestly, her ult is already in a good place. If they give it a significant buff, then you'd see her in every single match. She's already pretty easy to play, and her ult being a totally free point clear would reduce her skill expression even more. If they give it a significant nerf, people may simply stop using it because it wouldn't be worth the attempt.
