constant packet loss and rubberbanding despite having good internet

has anyone of you experienced constant packet loss despite having good ping and internet? its been like this for approx 4 days now

not yet ive tried every youtube and reddit suggestion i can find and it still hovers around 20% packet loss :(

Experiencing the same thing, resetting the router/modem whatever it is called didn't do anything. Hope they fix this soon, I really wanna play.

yes :( same here. I thought its my internet or graphic settings but this is the only game i got packet loss and ping spikes. Ever since that winter update tokyo and singa servers got a bad connection :(

Same ♥♥♥♥, everything is teleporting, rubberbanding. Was having no lags at all before winter update, now game is unplayable for me, i have really good internet and no problems in other online games. Common netease fix your ♥♥♥♥, I hope this gets fixed with new season.

I just played in tokyo server instead of singapore, never had any packet loss in tokyo
