Rocket armor packs need a buff
Not only do people rarely ever pick them up in the spawn room,but they just dont have time to pick them up during a fight (even less considering they varely give you any extra hp and you arent going to place the brb in the middle of a fight), and when someone respawns the brb dissapears and so do the armor packs so the one respawning cant pick them up at all either. Dont know what they can do to buff them but at least they should be autopicked by an allie when they are in a 10 meter radius of them or something so they arent just there. Or even better , just give armor to every character that is inside the beacon aoe.

it just needs to give 100 armor and jetpack every 5 seconds or so around it to every player very close to it. That would be actually useful.

50 is to little to justify anything sadly that's as low as storm's 1 basic hit up close, should had been a 100 since it's position is random and people are pushing forward most of the time no one is going to run backwards to some weird position to loot it.

Yeah, they really need to change it to it giving inmediate armor to any character in the radius of the beacon when you place it, and make it at least double because , come on, you cant even see the blue part in the hp bar with how small it is

There are a lot of problems with rocket but yeah, this is one of the major ones. Overall he is just so.. mid, if not worse. This laughable “shield boost” is the testament to that.

His design is overlooked and undercooked. I bet they wont even buff him when seasion 1 drops.

He is way more useful than people give him credit in my opinion (i main him) but yeah his armor packs need a complete rework and his ult could use a shield on top of the damage buff (its not a bad ult, but it simply isnt as impactful as the other support ones)
Issue is that its conflicting between its uses. You want keep it hidden to revive someone, but also that it gives shields to people around, which requires you putting it close to teamfight itself...

If it auto gave instant shield to everybody in range it would make sense for both how it is used now and for more agressive use in the middle of a fight. But right now the whole idea of the armor pack generation makes no sense in any of those scenarios.

Called it. +15% heal and 40 sec cooldown (from 45) for a teamup he can't even capitalize on is NOT a buff. Devs are either overwhelmed or incompetent.
