Voice chat not working I NEED HELP

I have LITERALLY tried everything under the sun to make my voice chat work. from game bar to changing sound settings from default to my mic and it just wont work. Im trying to hit gold and get the moonknight skin but without comms and having to stop and text every 2 minutes makes the game way harder PLEASE HELP

Same, no matter what I do I can't get mic to work. Sometimes it works on open mic.. but 99.9% it doesn't
