It looks like, according to the 4 sources i just checked, that the official patch notes wont come out till it actually happens. All we known now for sure is some real vauge stuff from a developer update video they did. Unless this guy knows something all the news sources dont.

Longer charge means less damage and same with Hela. Not good at math or something.
