his E is a chain heal that can actually jump reasonably far to heal multiple friendly targets (It always heals yourself) the advantage with this in comparison to other healers is that you can 1. heal allies that you aren't able to see either because of corners or groot walls and 2. it isn't aim reliant (which is something apparently half the player base can't do) and having a heal that automatically chains to nearby targets is really nice, The 6 second cooldown is rough but if you spread your heals out and play him properly then it works out fine for an off healer (he is not meant to be played like a main healer such as Luna or Loki)
his Soulbound is actually amazing at what its designed for (not healing) It's greatest benefit is that it can spread out damage that would otherwise kill allies, For example if you have a black panther, magik, or psylocke diving the team, you can use soundbond to effectively nullify their dive potential, And if that wasn't enough you can use it to counter enemy duellists who focus on single targets so hela and hawkeye for example will have the worst time of their life (no longer dealing their full damage) which is good considering they are very prominent picks, You can also use it to counter ults like star lord and spread the damage out giving your team some time to kill him
Biggest issue i see with people playing Adam is that they play him like a "healer" and not a "support", Adam Warlock is an "off healer" same as mantis and rocket, if you want to play an actual healer instead of a support then try Luna or Loki (maybe even Jeff)
Seeing in the example i have given the cloak and dagger was worth two Adam warlock on heals. Pick a normal hero and get the same amount of heals as CnD plus denying other ults.
The soulbound sucks ass. It has 15m range so it's very situation your team has to be hugging each other's balls for it to work. An enemy moonknight could spread your apart and make soulbond garbage. Two normal healers could pocket each other and survive a dive. Never mind CnD's dodge ability or Loki's shift rune.
Your off healer examples can pump out ♥♥♥♥ ton of heals and damage especially Mantis who gains life orbs from critical shots plus also has a counter ult.
Rocket can obliterate a tank diving with criticals from his primary but a much more reliable and consistent heal than Adam warlock. Also has a consistent revive you can drop and forget about ALSO probably the most difficult healer to kill along with Jeff
Adam is trash again if you're not a 6 man stack who is playing off revives.
You don’t need to cast it on top of the dead people. You can fall back and do it well out of the way and it lasts a few seconds.
So you can go around a corner when you see people might die, cast it and then move a bit closer to the dead people because the radius of the Rez is from you and not the Ultimate ring.
I think he really suffers from reviving people at such a ridiculously low amount of HP. When the game thinks it's okay to have ults that can 100-0 your WHOLE team, then why does Adam need to revive people with like 10% HP? It doesn't make sense.
You dont need to be good at something or have a lot of time in it to properly critique it.
What you have here is a basic fallacy. Its called the "genetic fallacy"
"You judged something as either good or bad on the basis of where it comes from, or from whom it came."
