or you can play the game in Linux and avoid any potential Windows OS issues from it.
The cheat loads up when the games does and turns off when the game is off. No spying on ya. ;)
Also I've had no OS or PC issues at all. This seems to be a very good anti-cheat.
As long as you do not play the game on a public wireless network, it's safe. For public wireless networks, it's not safe because the launcher allows execution of code on the target machine, which can be used by an attacker to gain control over your computer.
According to the person who detected this issue, NetEase did not fix it, even though he contacted them directly through different channels.
As far as I know, the security issue still remains unresolved.
