People have such bad mic quality.

If i hear someone's loud fan or other background noise when i zone in or they are talking in another language.

I just insta mute.

Its by design. It doesnt matter how the match making actually works. Ive seen every iteration of matchmaking from Halo 2 onwards. People complain no matter what. 50/50 stomps is what keeps engagement highest currently. So thats what were getting. Once it doesnt work anymore they will change to something different.
