Who is jeff the shark

This is probably a stupid question but who the heck is he. He has to be something to do with marvel but I’ve never seen or heard him mentioned in any marvel movie or series so where does he come into the picture and in what?

He is a shark and his name is Jeff.

He is from a series of comics called "it's Jeff: Infinity Comic" there's about 40 in the series featuring pretty much only him on whacky adventures whether it be chasing cats, swallowing the infinity gauntlet, falling asleep in a washing machine and having fun, and scaring people at local pools. It's pretty much a comic with very goofy events that was made with a very wholesome and light-hearted tone.

I read them all when marvel came out, honestly they aren't terrible if your like me and don't care at all about the marvel universe and its pretty much entirely separate other than a few cameos and name drops

Its a mascot-attempt type of character that Marvel failed to turn into mascot. Suddeny Marvel Rivals added him to game and everyone loves him (or hate him).

Its kinda funny.

Hes the most powerful being in the universe, if he wanted, he could easily solo everyone. But hes holding back, cause hes just a chill guy.
