Adding more sufficient cooling could potentially fix the problem.
You don't have to believe me, like most steam users consider me a troll but I only provide real information.

I really hope your computer doesn't kick the bucket for you.
Personally, I wouldn't trust anything from PNY, I would go for a more reputable brand, something that doesn't cheap out on components.
When it comes to gpus I recommend, ASUS and MSI.
Hi everyone,
I wanted to offer some insight into the issues being described with the crashing and graphical glitches. Based on the details shared—especially the random GPU spikes and artifacts—I suspect this could be a hardware fault with the GPU, despite the temperatures appearing fine. Here's why:
Thermal Throttling Unlikely: With a max of 50°C and proper cooling, overheating doesn’t seem to be the issue.
Potential Hardware Defect: Artifacts and crashes can also result from a faulty GPU, which could be the case here. PNY cards, while functional, sometimes don't have the same quality control as ASUS or MSI cards.
Suggestions for Troubleshooting:
1. Stress Test the GPU: Use a tool like FurMark or 3DMark to run a benchmark and monitor for any artifacts or crashes. If the GPU consistently fails, it's likely defective.
2. Test in Another System: If possible, install the GPU in another PC to confirm if the problem persists.
3. Check Power Supply: Ensure the PSU provides stable output, as sudden power spikes could also cause instability.
If none of these resolve the issue, I’d recommend pursuing an RMA with PNY or considering a replacement with a brand like ASUS or MSI, which tend to have better cooling solutions and quality control.
I know some may dismiss my feedback as trolling, but I genuinely hope this helps resolve your issue. If there's additional context or specific tests you’d like me to suggest, feel free to ask!

Sound like a power supply issue.
Try turning your graphics down, i i know you can run higher, but at a lower gpu usage it should lower the voltage. it might be more stable
On my 7900xt 7800x3d system it stated corrupting other game files and after a few hours starts artifacting. More vram you have the longer you can go.
it literally cannot delete registry files and/or drivers.
Ended up refunding my original graphics card (a PNY 4060ti 16gb) and buying a sapphire nitro+ rx 7800xt. Game is working fine. Haven't had a crash or lagspike or freeze or anything whole day. Don't know if they fixed something with season 1 launching, or if amd cards are just better. Anyway, happy I can finally enjoy the game now.
