Can only gain proficiency though quick match?

I feel like I have more than enough of each required benchmark for starlord and mantis in comp but it seems like only my quick match stats are being taken into account. Is this a me problem or is that how it works?

Actually it seems like even then I'm stuck at the same level and no mater what game mode i play my proficiency won't change. It says I have to play 30/60 minutes but I've played both these characters for multiple hours

When you get 60/60 then you get some EXP and you start at 0/60.

Its a repeatable quest - not achievement.

yeah but you'd know if you completed the quest cause you'd go from Agent to knight and from Knight to Capitan and or whatever the order is and so on.

Mine is acting up aswell. For instance, when it comes to KOs and assists, it was some stupidly low number like 9. Then later in the day it dumped to like 68 randomly. It isn't updating or taking into account what I do in-game it seems.

When you get to 60 out of 60 it gives you 60 points towards the next Rank, it doesn't just give you the next Rank.

Most of the people in this thread sound like they don't understand how it works and/or didn't see the message on the bottom of every proficiency page telling you they are repeatable.

Quick match and Ranked both give progress, Practice VS Ai does not give progress.
