If people playing committed to Strategist and Vanguard the wild swings wouldn't happen

just spectate GM and oaa games. im GM2 and 90% of games start as 1 vanguard/1 strategist/4 dps then switch to 5 dps 1 strategist for offense.

Wrong. Stomp or be stomped is a plague in OW and no amount of role queue helps it. Match quality has nothing to do with the structure of the team - especially if you remember that whatever format you choose applies to both of those teams.
