A Rework Idea For Black Widow
Everyone already knows Natasha (Black Widow) is considered the worst character in the game right now, even below Storm. Due to this, I have been thinking of some ways to change her to make her actually playable and be unique among the current cast, as such here is what I currently have through brain-storming.

First off, remove her sniper rifle as a primary fire weapon, but her still have it for her ult (that will be buffed). This would make her a melee character, but I'm thinking of a little extra utility to keep her different from other melees like Black Panther. Leaning into her equipment slightly more she could do some interesting utility things against the opponents, so lets talk about my idea for her updated kit:

Health: 250 >> 275
(could be kept 250 though)

Primary Attack: Widow's Bite Batons
Damage per-strike: 45 >> 60
That's the only realistic change to be done with them, allowing her to kill 250 HP characters in 5 hits as opposed to the current 6, but fewer if you use her kit.

Red Room Rifle and Straight Shooter: [Removed as a standard weapon, but she still has it for her Ultimate]

Secondary Attack: [NEW] Taser Disc
A 2 charges projectile that either sticks to the ground/surface of something that can also direct impact enemies. The disc would deal a small amount of damage when triggered, but more importantly disable the activation of enemy's abilities for a short period of time (commonly known in RPGs as Silence, so I'll just call it that) and causing a small slow.
Damage: 30
Silence and Slow duration: 1 seconds
Slow Strength: 15%
Disc Duration on ground/objects: 5 seconds before disabling, can also be shot by enemies to disable
Trigger Range: 2 meter spherical radius, single target with direct impact
Cooldown per charge: 15 seconds

Fleet Foot

Honestly, it's fine as-is. The only buff I would give is 5 energy recovery whenever Black Widow damages an enemy, and fully restores energy upon casting her ultimate.

[NEW] Grapple Wire
A wire that allows Natasha to pull herself to struck terrain or an enemy, kicking an enemy when pulled to them for a bit of damage. Applying Widow's Mark that lasts a short duration.
This is effectively the second cast of Edge Dancer, but as its own ability, when striking an enemy. This removes it from Edge Dancer itself, but will have its cooldown refreshed when landing Edge Dancer onto an enemy and will auto-lock onto an enemy knocked away by it in the same way it does currently. It will however instead prioritize the enemy with Widow's Mark if they are effected by Edge Dancer's knock back.
Target Type: Single Target
Kick Damage: 35
Grapple Distance: 15 meters
Mark Duration: 5 seconds
Cooldown: 10 seconds

Edge Runner
Only change is removing its re-cast as it was moved to Grapple Wire. Maybe increasing its damage from 35 >> 40?

Ultimate: Electro-Plasma Explosion
[Functionality Unchanged]
For the most part, it being kept the same. HOWEVER, it gains a damage over time effect for enemies within the slow zone and causes Plasma Poisoning to enemies within the zone, reducing incoming healing. Additionally, enemies injured by the initial shot are Silenced for a short duration.
New Effects:
Damage Over Time: 35/s
Healing Reduction: 25%
Silence Duration: 2 seconds

I feel that these changes give her kit a little extra appeal while expanding what she can be capable of as a Red Room Assassin.

This is the thing that really annoys me. Comic and MCU Widows have those super awesome electric bracers, and yet the devs didn't give them to her.... Should have given her that as a stun ability.

That's more or less what I was going for with the Taser Disc, but felt an actual stun would be a bit much, so I went with the silence and slow effects.

That's why I decided to remove it.
Sure, it can 1-shot with any form of damage boost like Mantis or Rocket's ult, but without it what's the point?

They just know nothing about game. BW is way better hero than most. Hela and Hawkeye will lose 20% DMG from Seasonal Buff, Maybe Black Widow will get Seasonal Buff. Zero balance patches and opinions will shift.

Its unforgettable moment of season 0 when people were crying everywhere that Wolverine is bad if not worst till a single guy climbed to Rank1 (TeamCaptain) with this hero... while farming streamers like Necros.

Wolverine was just misunderstood by the playerbase, there is nothing to misunderstand about Natasha.
Her entire kit is weak.
Her baton's take 6 hits to kill a 250 character at melee range, which is laughable.
Her sniper cannot 1-shot headshot without damage boosters on top of being bolt action, for some reason looking down a scope removes the damage drop-off which makes no sense at all to go along with that.
She has an energy based sprint that is just a lesser version of Captain America's.
Her only "combo" is Edge Runner >> grapple kick >> headshot, to which she needs to be in melee range to pull off to begin with, and if you don't hit the headshot you're likely just going to get reverse bursted and die.
Natasha's current ultimate is also ranked as part of the bottom 3 Ultimates in the game alongside Squirrel Girl's and Thor's. It deals a tiny amount of damage if it actually hits and a slow zone, that's it. Meanwhile we have ults like Bucky's that is reset heaven, Iron Man's that is a mini-nuke, Hawkeye's that is a super steroid so strong he can let Natasha borrow it so she has a chance to do anything, Storm's Hurricane, Namor's whale, and numerous others that actually do things.
Which part am I misunderstanding exactly?

The 20% loss if they lose their season buff will not be the be-all-end-all of Hawkeye and Hela. Though I believe season buffs should only be active while their team-up is active due to anchors being the ones with it going forward.

Saw his video and conclusion: Every hero is playable if u good enough. In currect overwatch?
