Cant hear discord while playing Rivals with headphones

Heyy, so I got a problem. When I'm in a room on Discord while playing Rivals and have the sound on my speakers, everything works just fine, I can hear both the game and the Discord as well. However, when I connect my Bluetooth headphones, there's a problem. I can hear both the game and Discord when not in an in-game lobby. But the moment I join a lobby in-game, I stop hearing the discord. My friends in the discord room can still hear me, but I can't hear them.
Does anyone know why is this happening or has the same problem? Maybe some clash between Discord voice chat and in-game voice chat? Couldn't find a solution so far.

That sounds like you might have some default settings set up for audio devices.

I recall this game trying to use my notebooks speakers while I clearly had it all wired through my sound bar set up.

Try changing all the audio settings in rivals from default to something more direct like tv speakers etc. The fact they can hear you i dunno i would check my discord output and see if that's the same output used for voice coms in Rivals.
