Without a penalty you're just going to have a toxic cesspool of people always leaving and then you are going to be playing with bots that are worse than 3 star ones.
People are leaving regardless so clearly having the qp penalty clearly doesn't solve anything
That's a lie mate, i'v left games due to irl stuff once or twice and only gotten max of 5 mins. Just come out and admit you've left a ♥♥♥♥ tonne of games and be done with it, no reason to lie.
it amazing how much people complain about the consequences of their own actions.
I would rather risk a penalty for the extremely rare occasion where I might need to leave a quick play match early for an emergency vs the alternative of trashy gamers that leave matches constantly just because they did not like: losing the first team fight, another players hero pick, the map, etc. There are plenty of horrible gamers out there that will abuse it.
If you don't want to endure a penalty, then don't the be kind of trash that leaves matches often. There, I just solved your problem. You can close the thread now.
Penalty is completely justified. You are ruining the experience of 5 other people.
Which again means you left a lot of matches today already. Don't piss on my back and tell me it's raining champ.
That being said.. I guess I do understand that leaving MID GAME is a problem and have no problem with that. But yea, during the setup phase seems a bit harsh.
