I have a 4090/9800x3d/m2....this game turns into a slide show for no reason.
Computer is not even overheating. The game just randomly begin stuttering. It's like it's "skipping" frames. For instance, I still get 144 fps (at 1440p), but it's skipping frames. It's very weird. It gets horrible during huge team fights, even though the FPS stays the same.

This fixed nearly all the stuttering for me (UE5 is to blame for many and those are down to the devs): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=103jcfT9dmc
I hear about this with everyone I know who has an amd CPU.

Also if you havent RMA'd your intel 13th or 14th gen chip this game will straight up crash your pc.

The problem was with the chips not the mother board bios, I think they just added better power limits for them but they are still destroying themselves and can be RMA'd
