Character voice lines shouldn't be cut off after death.

For most characters this honestly doesn't matter, but for characters who's ults stay up after they die, mainly Moon Knight, his voice line should complete no matter what.

Just had a close game where in the final fight I killed Moon Knight exactly as he started his ult, so there was literally no voice line given to warn my team of his ult (which was half way in a small room where you can't see the border) and he killed two turning it from a 6v5 to a 4v5, one of the deaths being a healer, so we just lost the fight and game.

We didn't lose because he put a great ultimate down, we lost because both of the only two warnings that he ulted weren't there.
