If you want to go step further, they have feedback and e-mails. Go compile all the evidences and contact support directly if it bothers you so much.
But i guess you just want to rant, not actually do anything about it, so be my guest.
Things are going incredibly well. Too well. Hundreds of thousands of players flood in, with even more on console. You are solely responsible for moderating the content, with whatever pass-through system implemented by the companies of multiple consoles.
Automatic moderation isn't enough, and you've decided to not automatically mute/ban players based off of the number of reports they receive to avoid abuse by premades and griefers stacking reports on one person to get them chat banned for a month.
You are scrambling for more staff as you try to gauge how many moderators is appropriate, dealing with pay concerns from employees who are being flooded with reports for what might be seen as not getting paid enough for the workload, the employees themselves inundated with pages and pages of reports.
Report and move on. They will email you if action is taken. The reason it takes so long is that it's difficult to reliably ban players who are actually toxic and doing what you described and people who were reported by mistake, a griefer, an off-color comment, or just said 'gg ez' and someone on the other team decided that was enough to send a report.
