Are the Lunar New Years skins limited?

I don't see a timer next to their skins like the winter ones for example.

we’ll see since the Christmas event isn’t gone yet, we don’t know if those skins are fomo or not.

They are... like every skin that was released in pairs. Not to mention that this is holiday type of skin (Lunar, New Year) so duh~ obviously.
