Is there a chance I get banned for playing on steam deck?

I've played on deck for several hours and have not been banned. Used GE Proton 9-21 if memory serves me. Others reported Proton Experimental worked better for them

It says playable on the game mode on steam deck, and on protondb it's golden. I just want to avoid a ban because I really love this game.

where did u get that info that they will unban u cause that unban support is prob the worst on par with blizzard customer support
