Questions about Marvel Rivals Anticheat: NetEase Game Security

Hey guys! I've not been able to find much information in regards to this online so thought I would ask my two questions directly here? I asked in the marvel rivals discord and reddit and received little to no answers

1: In regards to the anticheat used; does it only run when Marvel Rivals is open? or is it similar to Vanguard; and run 24/7 on computer boot?

2: If i were to uninstall marvel rivals; does the anticheat uninstall completely? or does it leave residuals? (eg drivers; also what is the name of the anticheat when installed?)

Thanks for answering i'm iffy about kernel level anticheat and had a bad experience with one (neacsafe) that was hard to uninstall (needed to run cmd Imao and remove it from my registry) in the past; thanks for understanding!

The anticheat is called NetEase Game Security and it's probably developed in-house. It's definitely not kernel-level like Vanguard or EAC and so it only runs while the game is open. In fact all new games are now required to disclose on their product page if they use a kernel-level anticheat. And yeah it should uninstall without leaving residuals
