How to get keybinds and VC to work

So since this game dropped I havent been able to use push to talk for voice chat. Open mic works so I know its not a mic problem but any push to talk key acts like its not getting picked up, are there any fixes for this? also whenever I am in game it blocks my discord keybinds. Overall is there a way to get around this or just how it is right now?
