Microphone not detected

I have been going nuts trying to get my microphone to work in game. II have tried 3 different microphones, and all of them work flawlessly with every other program on my PC, but Marvel Rivals says "Microphone not detected" when I try to enable it in game. Is anyone else experiencing this? I want to play with cross platform friends, and discord isn't an option for all of them.

the way I fixed mine was go

- Start Menu
- Settings
- System
- Sound
- Advanced Sound Options
- Scroll down to Marvel rivals and make sure yoyur mic is the one in the box
