go to video settings turn lumen setting to low see if that helps you

A 4050 should work if my 3060ti does but you might want to aim for 50-120 fps on 1k.

This game is poorly optimized imho however and even being able to set it on ultra vs low, i literally struggle to see a difference other than Nvidia dlss performance vs quality upscaling making far away icons blurry vs smooth and shadow settings being turned off on low.

I would suggest optimized settings to legit be low settings with dlss scaling set to either native or balanced or quality vs performance (because of iron man / storm players) and shadows on medium to get potential peeks around corners.
