If you're hardstuck, chances are you're at the correct rank. I can still carry most matches, the only ones I can't carry are the absolute worst of the worst.
Edit: Besides, why are you mad you're hardstuck in plat? It's a decent enough rank.
Or they pick dive tanks like Venom, overextend far into the enemy's backline and out of my LOS, then complain about not getting healed when I'm busy keeping the team alive who's actually participating in the team fight.
Talking to your team and being chill helps a lot. And by talking i mean talking, not just blaming everyone. If you can't say anything constructive for your team, at least give general pointers "Use cover", "Ping if you need heal", "Bait their ults, so we can push".
Btw, being healer doesn't mean you have to play backline. There are valid strategies of playing flank healer and assisting your stronger divers, who are good at disrupting enemy team. Just hanging back and hoping things will resolve somehow is how you get slowly and painfully pushed into a loss. I think Loki is very suitable as flanker, as well as Cloak and Dagger. And Racoon can remotely support team, due to how his healing works and you don't need to stick around for res.
Don't say "My team is bad" untill you are certain that you are doing everything that you possibly can.
Overall what I mean by that is that after each seasons, ranks might just stabilize and like master and grand master could just be harder to reach in marvel rivals for exemple.
There's also the facts that some players could just get carried while climbing or have the chance to play with decent teamates or they could also be playing with friends too who knows or they could be cheaters cause I've seen plenty of cheaters in less then a month in the game compared to many other competitive games.
Also Jeff has mobility to go around map as well, he can flank and is a pretty strong damage dealer with a very good survivability. you can leave your team some bubbles and try to some funky plays, by taking high ground and shooting and enemy healers or something.
There's always more things to do outside your "intended role" and you may not think this way, but a bunch of small things add up in the end. If you annoy people enough, they will try to hunt you, if they do that, they will get out of possition and ease off your tank or not pay attention to a diver. The more you stick to "the thing that you do", less options you'll have and easier it becomes to exploit.
