Ranking system bugged

This has happened twice now and I'm furious. First time I was silver 3 and just recently plat 3. I won the last match I needed to rank up but instead of going from plat 3 to diamond, it said "You've been promoted" and then proceeded to down rank me into plat 1. WTF? I'm not doing that horrible grind all over again. Fix this bug soon or I'm changing my rating from recommended.

Its Platinum 3 - 2 - 1 - Diamond 3. If from Plat 3 and you became Plat 1, then good, you're closer to diamond. Maybe next time, calm down and read the rules or pay attention to it. might help

is this bait it goes plat 3 to plat 2 to plat 1 to diamond 3 to diamond 2 to diamond 1 to gm 3 to gm2 to gm1 to eternity ect

Tbf, I was confused at first too. Don't listen to these high-road asshat replies making it seem like it's your fault. It's the studio's fault for thinking they're so cheeky and unique by counting the numbers backwards.
