Health Bar Options?

Is there a way to make them less... Obstructive in your port of view when your teammates between you and the enemy?

I saw some options to turn off team health bars off completely, which can help.... Unless I'm a healer from which I'd want to see those health bars so I can appropiately keep my team alive.

There's not a transparency option in the game is there, so I can at least see through the health bars at the enemies behind them?
