mine take 8.8 gb ram and its about 14% memory

You could message the CCP to ask them to turn off the spyware, but I wouldn't count on them doing it.

I have 16, and recently whenever I would load it up it boosts both my cpu and memory to nearly 100 percent already already in the menu

I'm having the same issue and it's making playing games almost impossible. I don't know what to do, I love the game, but its really hard to play right now because of this issue.

Solution: Double your memory capacity. 16 --> 32

My current solution is tune your graphics to "Ultra Performance". It may look like a PS1 game after you change this setting, but it runs smooth as buttah! 😎
