Mr Fantastic changes were completely unecessary

As a Reed Richards main the character was already good, people just didn't know how to play him. And apparently NetEase don't know how to play him either, because the nerf to his cooldowns ruins so much of his playstyle. All he needed was a stronger ult, and he didn't even get that because for some reason someone decided to increase the time it takes to charge as well.

I think they upped the cooldowns because he was getting his buff form too easily
