quick fix for download time each load up

like the title says if your game crashes someone and it take forever for you to reload back into the game
step 1 load marvel using steam click the gpu crash to start steam download.
step 2 open local files and run marvel rivals launcher.
and enjoy! it should stop the download and allow you to play the game with out waiting 10 minutes for the stupid download even though you've validated all your files 10 thousand times.
