Reveal inter-player interactions for players?
According to the OptMatch-Net model from https://doi.org/10.1609/aaai.v38i8.28760 in this game, this game has an offline and online matchmaking algorithm that tries to match players with fairer matches to retain the player base. "In our work, we
simplify the computation by adopting the assumption that fair
games lead to better player experience."

Basically, before each game, the model behind the scenes ady have a certain probability of who will lose and win based on a player's performance with a hero "Player2Vec" and how well each hero does with each other "Hero2Vec". All feed into win/lose (synergy) or advantage over another player (suppression).

So maybe it'll be good if the player can see the stats before each game if it doesn't break the game. I'm in grandmasters and i still feel like my teammates are a bunch of doo doos.

This Game uses EOMM to boost seeling skins. There is nothing about fairness in current matchmaking.

They need to fix that, and add player reputation level to eliminate trolls, throwers, etc. Just like Overwach and Helldivers 1 had.

Bad players play in bad players' pool, good players play in good players' pool.

By bad player I mean Healer playing as DPS,
or DPS not scoring kills. (0 kills / 7 deaths).

After a match you could vote up or down such players, with time and with bad reputation they would play their own games in their own elo hell.
Reputation would start to automatically decrese after some time, to enforce regular good behaviour.

They did mention (not in paper) the fairer the game the more fun it is. Hence, the more players play, the higher the chance players would buy the skins.

But you're right about the fairness. They did not define "Fairness" clearly enough to be agreeable with the players. Fairness could be 50/50 chance win, or it could be winner takes all through random chances of team matchmaking. If one person is good, they could intentionally bring in a nooby in your team to force a 50/50 chance win in a game.
