MR Launcher Slow

I am not sure how wide spread this is but I only seem to have the problem on my desktop and not my laptop. The MR launcher is super slow to launch itself after clicking play on steam. I have a GPU Crash notice show up but have no issues with the actual game. No crashes in game or slow loading of shaders at the beginning. I used NetEase's "Fix" but that did nothing. Could really use some help if anyone knows whats up with my issue.
