HELP! Computer and Acer Predator experts needed to fix this and other game issues!
I recently bought a new Acer Predator Helios Neos 16 laptop with a intel core I9 14900hx processor and nvidia geforce graphics card and have tried playing Rivals and other online games like it a few times now (Smite 2, Ravenswatch, etc), and I keep getting disconnected randomly from matches after a few rounds or so. I've tried doing everything that was suggested, including updating drivers and bios, turning the graphics quality down for optimization, using only nvidia gpu, and even attempting to use that intel tuning utility only to realize it was basically useless since the laptop is unsupported for overclocking (performance core ratio is 52) , but nothing has managed to work! I'm at my wits end here, this is a new laptop that I just got and I want to be able to play some good games on it, but if issues like this keep happening then I don't know what to do!

Update: Might have found the issue. Cpu temp gets really high when playing this and manually setting the fans instead of letting them automatically choose when to work might be helping. Not sure just yet so I'll keep this posted. about 70-80% on fan speed seems to keep the temp in the 75 or so range with only an occasional spike near the 90s range when loading matches or so. I guess manually setting a fan temp is a good idea for games like this.
