Can't understand if this game actually supports DLSS 4 or not
DLSS swapper says the file version is 3.5.10 while AFAIK DLSS 4 should be 3.10.1.
Does this game support DLSS4 or not?

Today, Marvel Rivals gets compatibility with several new features, including support for DLSS 4 and DLSS Multi Frame Generation for those lucky owners of an RTX 50 series graphics card.
