Weird menu flickering/visual glitches

Hey there. Today I've reinstalled the game on my new ssd and I am having some strange flickering lines in some menus. I've posted the video here:

Does anyone experience the same? Graphics drivers are up to date. I wonder if the new patch broke something.

Yes, there are other topics on this subject and it seems like it's an error with the recent game update, I've seen at least 5 or 6 people complaining about it,so its not a particular problem.

Thanks, good to know it's not something with my pc then. It looks like not all people are having the issue, though. Maybe yesterday's hotfix broke something?
