How to fix shaders loading in game?

After the patch, my game, for some reason, does not fully load shaders, loading goes up to 74% or 75%. Maybe you know how to fix this?

And let's not use examples like: update AMD shaders, reinstall the game, reboot the computer, change settings, turn off anti-cheat, and other. I tried such examples but they don't work.
