Constant crashes on 4090 AMD 7800X3D.
My PC is capable of running this game with no issues at max settings. However, nothing seems to fix the crashes.

Specs:
CPU: AMD 7800 X3D
GPU: 4090
RAM: 64GB DDR5
PSU: 1300 watt EVGA

Methods I've tried to fix crashes:
Running DDU in safe mode and removing drivers and install new drivers.
The recommend clear shader cache.
Set everything to LOW or OFF.
Play at a low resolution.

I'm out of ideas. The doesn't crash as often with everything set to LOW or OFF. However, it still does crash. My partner has a 1080 TI and they never experience crashes.

its the 4090, i have a 4090 as well. my siblings pc with a 4060 and 7900xt are fine and don't crash meanwhile my pc keeps crashing. roll back drivers by 2 or wait for another driver update.
Do your games crash or do your PCs shut down?

In case your PC shuts down:
As a shortterm solution, try to limit your FPS to something reasonably lower to lower the powerdraw.
Using ECO modes / watt limits on your CPU and GPU in general would be a better shortterm solution, to cover the powerdraw issue softwaresided in general.

As a full longterm solution, switch out your PSUs to something that can handle powerdrawspikes of your hardware, which should be about 900-1000W power supplies.
This should be the issue.

Stock 4090s can have a peak powerdraw of ~525Watts in its own (while factory overclocked models can even go above 600W on its' own), and keep in mind that about 15-20% of the watts on your PSU are lost due to inefficiency in current-conversion (so a 750 Watt PSU just delivers about 600W).

I really hate this cop-out UE5 problem thing, Fortnite and The First Descendant are UE5 games and have no issues and there's way more going on in an instance than Marvel Rivals.

I've seen games using the same engine from people who've never made a game run better.
we all have different specs in our computers, others games as mentioned also use UE5 with no crashes, the only game that crashes is when playing Marvel RIvals. So, lets see... is it our computers with different specs that work perfectly on all other programs or is it EU5 which is used in other games that dont crash or is it MArvel Rivals? i put my bet that its Marvel rivals thats the problem here.

this game is optimized for the lowest common denominator, not the highest.... I play plenty of games on UE5... still doesnt mean they have done their jobs correctly.... zero problems with my 4090 for a year until this game. (btw fortnite does not use unreal engine 5.... they use an earlier version and if you bring the problematic The First Descendant into this conversation then that speaks for itsself)

I have the EVGA supernova and it is 1000 Watt and i'm still having the problem. Is there a specific driver I need to revert to?
I played open beta of The First Descendant, I had may 3 crashes during my 30 hour gameplay. They were diagnozed as server connection issue / crash. And fixed within a few days while beta was still running.

This Dev team is a joke, 3 months and not even an attempt to address those crashes.

In this game I had like 40 crashes during 200 hours, and that is with restarting game manually after 5 games.

If you haven't invest any money in this, then just dont till they fix it. Or pass by this 💩💩💩💩💩

Get rid of your AMD CPU and get a 13600-14600k instead. That will solve all your issues. Additionally, getting the 90 series GPU of any generation is simply a waste of money, just like having 64gb of RAM.

Yeah the PSu should be enough indeed.

Have you tried getting your CPU to run in ECO mode (or a less aggressive curve) or simply limiting your FPS?
It seems like x3d CPU users seem to have this issue alot from the posts that I have seen.

Maybe there is an instability in general when it comes to the curve optimization or the cache on these systems that the game seems to lean into.
