Black Panther is the worst DPS.

No, it's not "he's just a hard character" it's just that everything he does is worse than everyone else.

-Get stunned? Dead. Doesn't help every other character can do this as well.

-Whiffed your dash? You're a sitting duck for 8 seconds. Dead.

-Target gets healed once? Your combo pressure is done for. Dead.

-Got your combo off? You're still at 10-20 HP because he's predictable. Next second. Dead. Also screw you for all of that hard work.

-Only mobility he has are vertical wall climbs. Predictable. Dead.

-Constantly gets out-healed, so you're not doing anything to squishies unless they're DPS.

-M1 is useless, no reason to use it except mid-combo.

-Bast is terrible and buggy, used him plenty of times only for it to barely do dmg or none at all. (Even when I'm right in front of someone.)

There's just no reason to use this character, doing so feels like automatic throwing.

BP is very oppressive at higher ranks. He can do absolutely nothing or kill your entire backline in a second.

Skill issue. It's a difficult to play hero, and I'm not proficient with him, but I've seen a few good panthers over my 200+ hours.

You need to be a panther to be a good Black Panther - flank and hunt your pray. 😉

Same skill issue as with Wolverine or Hulk, you need to have healing support and not charge at everything that moves. 🫡

The point is that a good panther would still win more often playing anything else. You need to be a godlike panther to have the same impact as a completely braindead squirrel girl/namor

Finally someone understand what truly BP main like im have to suffered .

Im not playing that character like 3 months now , cause now he is totally useless just like the update ( Neft ) and like you said .
Lot of people out there still think he's a HARD HERO rather themself facing with pro players or players who know how to counter / stick together with their team rather go alone like an idiot .

+One more thing : his Dash will lost if you use it against enemy who barricaded themself with shields . sit duck 8s and Dead , of course .

+His Dash was the only move deal most damage but easily missed or get countered as well . Once you lost it , you are done for .

At top ranks he's one of ike 7-10 heros to have a 51-52% wr in celest, which is actually pretty good when only 2 heros are like 52-54% wr respectively at top ranks.

That said, he's a combo reliant hero who if he whiffs falls apart. There's footage of Necros getting a black panther 5 kill though

not surprising really, people prefer ranged and poke gameplay in general. they are overly cautious, so playing a melee wouldn't suit them. they are just harder to play kinds of heroes

I think he is strong but I just hate his playstyle. It's not fun to play and not fun to play against. Turning your character into a beyblade and spin around 30 seconds just to kill him is not a good game design in my opinion.

BP can become a monster if you have a mantis that buffs you 24/7, but otherwise yeahhh he can be kinda mid
