Trying to buy lattice

After playing marvel rivals for a little while I decided it was time to get the season 1 pass so I got 25$ in apple cash and when I tried to buy it, it declined does anyone know why or how to fix this? I just want to get the pass and a jeff skin I'm on epic games btw.

This seems like an issue with your apple account. You loaded cash onto your apple account, but do you have an apple card or card associated with your apple account? also if you are on epic, you should open a support ticket. this is not the place for this post.
