Extreme lag in game and effecting Discord as well

I keep getting extreme lag, which is also effecting other software like Discord. I will be perfectly fine, then start up Rivals and both the game and Discord just start bugging out. I've checked my signal, it seems to be working fine. Any ideas or is this happening to anyone else?

After the update the game is impossible to play on my PC. And I usually play a lot of better games on ultra and high graphics. I tried to play Rivals onb low graphics to test and it was impossible as well. The problem is not on my computer.

Before the update I didn't had any issues.

been plagued by this problem for the last few weeks now, played a match just no where everytime i died my game would start bugging and give me both disconnect symbols while making my respawn time 3 times as long as normal while i watch the players run into walls and stuff. Tried just now leaving the discord call and it made the game actually playable. dont know why but its frustrating to say the least
