Powershell.sys tag - Norton 360
Go to Settings, and under "general" turn off "Block vulnerable kernel drivers." Do so at your own risk; suggest turning back on after playing.

can you not black list a single program? i mean windows defender can even do that

Sorry so late. I tried adding the game as an exception, no go. Powershell.sys is a Microsoft script, not a Marvel game specific so I don't believe you can add the game as an exception and not have Norton still flag powershell.
